Accomodation | You will be staying at the Hotel 680, which is located in downtown Nairobi. The workshops will be taking place at the hotel, evening events will be located at different venues in Nairobi, whereas transport will be provided for all events.

| Transport and Shuttles | A shuttle service for your transfer from and to the airport will be organized. The company, recognizable by a Salsafari sign and your name will welcome you at the arrival hall of Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
All other transport required to get to and from events and activities will be offered and is included in the travel package. |  | Climate |  | Kenya is divided by the equator and enjoys a tropical climate. It is hot and humid at the coast, temperate inland and very dry in the north and north-eastern parts of the country.
The average annual temperatures in the main areas are:
Mombasa (coastal): max 30°C
Nairobi: max 25°C
In October, the wheather in Nairobi is between 14-25 °C, in the coastal area between 20-30 °C. However, We advise you to take a jacket for the evenings and the possible short rains that could occur. | Health | Generally, all main vaccination should be up to date and it is advisable to carry along your yellow book.
Kindly also note that a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required from travellers over 1 year of age coming from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission.
